The fine print, in plain language.
Why don’t you list one fixed price for everything?
Because an honest number depends on your workflow. A five-person plumbing company and a twenty-person agency need different depths of the same system. You always receive a written, fixed scope and price before any work begins, no surprises mid-project.
Is there a required long-term contract?
No. The Ongoing Growth Partner stage exists because systems need monitoring and improvement, but it’s offered after you’ve seen value, never demanded before it.
What if I only need something small?
Start with the Growth Review. Small, high-value first projects are a normal way to begin. Many engagements start with a single workflow, and the review tells us which one.
How do payments work?
Confirmed engagements typically begin with a deposit through secure Stripe checkout, with the balance tied to milestones defined in your written proposal. Venmo and Zelle are available for approved invoices once verified details are configured.
What could work better in your business?
Maybe you know the answer. Maybe something just feels off. Either is enough to start.
