1. Who we are

JDG Marketing ("JDG", "we") is an independent business growth, consulting, and technology company serving Santa Barbara County, Silicon Valley, and California. This policy covers jdgmarketing.com and the forms on it. Questions: jdgsmarketing@gmail.com.

2. What we collect

Only what you choose to submit: name, business name, email, phone, the description you write about your business, and Growth Review answers. We do not collect payment card numbers on this site; card payments are handled entirely by Stripe on Stripe pages. We do not use advertising trackers, third-party cookies, or cross-site profiling.

3. Why we collect it

To reply to your inquiry, review Growth Review answers before making recommendations, prepare proposals, deliver contracted services, keep required business records, and protect the site from abuse. Nothing else. Submitting a form does not subscribe you to marketing.

4. Who processes it

Three service providers act on our behalf: Vercel (hosting and serverless functions), Resend (transactional email delivery), and Stripe (payments, when used). Each processes data under its own published terms. We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers.

5. How long we keep it

Inquiries and review answers are kept only as long as needed to respond and to maintain contractual or legal records, then deleted. You may request earlier deletion at any time.

6. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information by emailing jdgsmarketing@gmail.com or using the contact form. We respond within 30 days. California residents may exercise the access, deletion, and non-discrimination rights provided by the CCPA and CPRA; because we do not sell or share personal information as those laws define it, no opt-out is required.

7. Security

Transport encryption, server-side validation, spam protection, rate limiting, a strict Content Security Policy, and secrets kept out of client code. No internet system is perfectly secure, and we do not claim otherwise.

8. Children

This site is for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their information.

9. Changes

Material changes to this policy will be posted here with a new date. This page is written in plain language on purpose; it is our practice, stated as clearly as we can state it.
