Project scope
Scope, deliverables, schedule, responsibilities, fees, revisions, ownership, licensing, maintenance, and acceptance criteria are defined in a written proposal or agreement approved by both parties.
Payments and deposits
Online payments are accepted only for confirmed services, approved invoices, discovery sessions, or project deposits. A deposit reserves resources or begins the agreed phase and is applied according to the written proposal, which also governs cancellation, rescheduling, and refunds. Do not send a Zelle or Venmo payment until the recipient and amount have been independently confirmed with JDG Marketing.
No guaranteed business result
JDG Marketing builds strategy, marketing, automation, software, and revenue systems, but does not guarantee rankings, leads, sales, revenue, financing, regulatory approval, or any specific commercial result.
Insurance-related boundaries
JDG Marketing is an independent business solutions company. Insurance-related services focus on marketing, software, workflow, and operations. JDG Marketing is not an insurance carrier, does not provide insurance coverage or binding quotes, and its automation never replaces licensed review where licensed review is required.
Third-party services
Projects may use third-party hosting, software, payment, messaging, AI, advertising, data, or integration services. Their availability, fees, policies, and performance are controlled by their providers.
Intellectual property
Pre-existing tools, frameworks, methods, and reusable components remain with their original owner unless a written agreement states otherwise. Client-specific ownership and licenses are determined by the project agreement and payment status.
Permitted use
Do not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit unlawful content, or use project materials beyond the rights granted in writing.
