The Problem
Insurance producers pay for shared lead lists that several competitors call first. Meanwhile, real buyers announce themselves in public every day: asking for carrier recommendations, complaining about a renewal, mentioning a move or a new car. Nobody watches that signal systematically, so the warmest moments go to whoever stumbles on them.
What I Noticed
From inside insurance sales, timing beats targeting. The person publicly asking who has cheaper coverage today is worth more than a thousand-record list. Conventional lead generation optimizes for volume. The winners optimize for the moment.
The Opportunity
A radar that continuously scans public sources for switching intent, scores relevance, and lands each signal in a pipeline while the moment is still warm. Success looks like a producer opening the app to a short list of people already asking, instead of a cold list everyone owns.
What I Designed
An intent engine feeding a purpose-built pipeline: source watchers, relevance scoring, deduplication, same-day outreach workflow, and compliance-conscious contact practices. Built for insurance first, designed to generalize to any market where buyers announce intent publicly.
