The Problem

Insurance outreach automation usually accelerates whatever the agency was already doing, including its mistakes. Agencies need follow-up speed without ever sending something a regulator, a carrier, or a customer shouldn’t see. Existing tools treat compliance as a settings page; the risk lands on the agent.

What I Noticed

Having worked the sales side, I noticed automation vendors optimize for volume because volume demos well. But the thing that actually blocks agencies from automating isn’t capability. It’s the fear of an unsupervised message going out wrong. Solve the trust problem and the speed problem solves itself.

The Opportunity

Automation an agency can defend: multi-channel sequences where every single outbound message passes a structured compliance review before send, with human takeover the moment a conversation turns real. Success looks like faster follow-up with zero unreviewed communication.

What I Designed

A five-check compliance gate on all outbound communication, multi-channel sequencing with instant human takeover, and a virtual-clock demo mode, so long-running sequences can be previewed safely in minutes instead of waiting weeks to see behavior.
